WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
Ages 5-14 as of July 15, 2026
ATHLETES AGE ON JULY 15th WILL DETERMINE TEAM PLACEMENT FOR THE YEAR- PER CONFERENCE RULES
*** Football Commissioner makes final determination of team placement (if wanting to play up in age group). Teams may be eliminated/consolidated depending on the number of enrolled athletes.
RETURNING PLAYERS-
· You will need to log into your Naples Gators account
· Follow the REQUIRED (*) steps to enter or update your information- please make sure you update your athletes headshot on their profile with a white background (think Passport Photo style- NO accessories on, glasses may be worn if being worn in game)
· Must complete ALL steps and payment and check out for registration to be processed
· DOCUMENTS REQUIRED-
1. Spring Contract (see attachment)- you will need to upload or hand into Registration Team or Team Mom

2. Sports Physical- hard copy needs to be turned in to Registration Team or Team Mom
NEW PLAYERS-
Please follow the steps to create an account with us...
1. Reach out to [email protected] BEFORE completing registration! This is important as spots are limited on each team!
2. Click on the REGISTER button on the top right corner of the site
3. Create a username (this will be your email address) and a password- MAKE SURE YOU WRITE BOTH DOWN
4. Enter the REQUIRED (*) information for parents/guardians/child(ren)
5. For NEW players, we will need you to upload your birth certificate and a headshot picture (think Passport Photo style)- we will need a printed copy of your players birth certificate to be handed in before taking the field!
6. Once you have received spot confirmation from the Registrar, check out with payment or your registration will not be processed for team placement
7. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED-

***IF YOU ARE WANTING TO PAY WITH CASH (NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED), YOU MUST TURN IN YOUR CASH TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION AND RECIEVE A TICKET TO REGISTER. Registration Team will be available M-F at a central Naples location, and posted dates at the field.
Paperwork/Payment Hand In at Field: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6pm (please text 813-453-9036 to confirm drop off)

Once your registration online is complete, please look out for organization emails and an invite to Stack Team App as we will be connecting each player/parent/guardian to their individual team chat.
SPRING SEASON FOOTBALL GAMES:
We typically participate in 4 Spring season football games April. These dates are TBD as Easter weekend will play a role in the scheduled games.
***SCHEDULE IS TYPICALLY NOT DETERMINED UNTIL MARCH!
WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED ON FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE:
workout gear, cleats, water bottle
***further equipment details will be discussed per team by coaches/team moms once practice begins
VOLUNTEER and Get Involved!!!
Our league is run completely on a volunteer basis. For a season to run efficiently, we ask that each family plan to volunteer throughout the season. Please reach out to our Board or Registration Team if you are interested in a specific volunteer position within the league. Coaches, Team Moms, and Board Members will be posting in chat groups where help is needed also. It is important that each family donates a few hours of their time each season!
